Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Mamdouh, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we offer a return and exchange service in accordance with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

• The request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

• You provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered:

• Sale or clearance items.

• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Products without original tags or packaging.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the product.

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

5. Return & Exchange Process

• Contact our customer support team by email or phone.

• Share your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.

• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.

• After the returned item has been inspected and approved, we will dispatch the replacement item.

6. Shipping Charges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges when requesting an exchange due to personal preference.

• If the return or exchange is required because of our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Al Mamdouh will bear the shipping cost.

7. No Refund Policy

Al Mamdouh does not offer refunds.

All approved requests will be processed as product exchanges only, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Exchange Policy.
